Lionel Messi: Barcelona – 33 years old
A move to Manchester City could still materialise for Messi, who can leave Barca for free next summer.
David Alaba: Bayern Munich – 29 years old
Alaba will be 29 when his contract at Bayern Munich expires and after winning everything at club level, could look to see what else is out there. And of course, Juventus are said to be one of the clubs interested but so too are Chelsea.
Gianluigi Donnarumma: Milan – 21 years old
Donnarumma first played in the AC Milan first team in 2015 but he’s still only 21 years old.
Sergio Aguero: Man City – 32 years old
Aguero has been with Man City for more than nine years and is the top scoring player in their history. His goals have won them titles, but the Champions League eludes him.
Georginio Wijnaldum: Liverpool, 29 years old
The Dutchman was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona last summer but decided to see out the final year of his Anfield contract.
Angel Di Maria: Paris Saint-Germain – 32 years old
Di Maria was at Real Madrid and Man United before joining Paris Saint-Germain five years ago.
Sergio Ramos: Real Madrid – 34 years old
Ramos has won five league titles and four Champions Leagues in his 15 years at Real Madrid where he is also the captain.
Jerome Boateng: Bayern Munich – 32 years old
The centre-back has been with Bayern since leaving Man City in 2011.
Mesut Ozil: Arsenal – 32 years old
Ozil has not played a game since March
Memphis Depay: Lyon – 26 years old
Depay has rebuilt his career in France after leaving Man United and has been chased by Barcelona
