A 12-year-old Gisborne boy has gone missing after leaving his home on Friday evening.
Caleb Takoko left his home on Aberdeen Rd in Gisbornes Te Hapara at 5pm. He has not been seen since.
Caleb was last seen wearing grey shorts and a black shirt, and may have been riding a scooter.
The 12-year-old is described as very tall for his age and has a solid build.
In a statement, police said officers and Calebs family had concerns for his welfare and wanted to hear from anyone who could help find him.
