PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia recorded 1,647 more Covid-19 infections on Thursday (March 11), bringing total cases to 319,364, says the Health Ministry.
Nine more people died due to the coronavirus, pushing Malaysias Covid-19 death toll to 1,200.
The country also discharged 2,104 Covid-19 patients, which means 300,620 people have recovered.
The number of people with active Covid-19 infections in Malaysia is now 17,544.
Currently, 147 patients are in intensive care, with 61 requiring ventilator support.
